Our. 3 Day Christmas House Party has proven very popular over the years and this year we have added even more little touches to make this a Christmas to remember.
3 day Christmas House Party
24th to 27th December 2011
Day 1 (Christmas Eve)
Arrive anytime from 3pm onwards and begin your stay with us by enjoying a warm mince pie and glass of mulled wine infront of a cosy log fire whilst we check you in and take your bags to your room.
that evening, after you have had time to settle in, our magnificent Taste of Scotland.4 Course Dinner will be served in the Oak panelled Wade Restaurant from 7pm onwards.
Day 2 (Christmas Day)
A leisurely breakfast will be served in the Garden Room Restaurant where you can enjoy choosing from our extensive hot and cold breakfast menu offering a wide selection of food all freshly prepared by our Chef and his team.
Christmas Day Lunch is taken in The Wade Restaurant. It is everything you would expect from an award winning chef - traditional fayre cooked and presented with flare and a few suprises. To get the celebration underway, our General Manager will host a pre-lunch drinks party where you can enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly with your fellow guests.
The freshly prepared evening buffet is a magnificent affair which you can enjoy at leisure before joining our General Manager for a traditional Whisky Tasting In The Wade Bar area where you can learn about the 'Journey of Taste' around Scotland.
Day 3 (Boxing Day)
Guests have the opportunity to pre-order breakfast in their room or partake of Brunch which is served mid-morning in The Garden Room.
In the evening a special Table D'hote menu will be available for guests to choose from with entertainment being provided from local musicians which is guaranteed to get your foot tapping.
Departure Day (27th December)
Breakfast will be served in The Garden Restaurant prior to departure or for those travelling a distance who need to leave early, a continental breakfast can be provided in your room or to take with you on your journey.

Hogmanay 2011
3 day Highland Fling
What better place to celebrate the passing of the old year and the coming of the new year than Scotland. Come and join our Highland Fling and enjoy a traditional Scottish Hogmanay celebration in the heart of Highland Perthshire.
The celebrations start on 30th December with a complimentary glass of bubbly whilst we check you in and take your bags to your room.
That evening guests can eat from our extensive A La Carte Menu designed by our award winning Scottish Chef in The Wade Restaurant.
The following day, full Scottish breakfast is served in The Garden Restaurant and the rest of the day is yours to explore the area or simply relax and enjoy the hotel facilities before the Hogmanay party begins that evening with a drinks reception hosted by our General Manager. Our Hogmanay Gala Dinner will be served in The Wade Restaurant afterwhich the Celeidh will begin pausing only for a glass of bubbly and traditional stovies at the midnight bells before partying on to the wee small hours.
The following morning guests will have the choice of breakfast in their room or Brunch that will be served in the Garden Restaurant mid-morning. For those energetic explorers, our General Manager and his team can direct you to some nearby walks including a gentle stroll around the famous Birks of Aberfeldy made famous by Rabbie Burns. Or for those wishing to sink into comfy sofas infront of crackling log fires, our team will be on hand to serve you tea and coffee as you relax and soak up the atmosphere of this 16th century hotel.
New Years Day dinner will be a sumptuous buffet freshly prepared by our Head Chef and his team and will be followed by a whisky tasting session hosted by our General Manager.
The following morning, guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in The Garden or a continental breakfast in their room before setting off on their journey home with happy memories of their Highland Fling in Perthshire
