The Weem has been a byword for great food, all day food, and superb personal hospitality for many many years, and this tradition still flourishes today. As one would expect there is an ample choice of rooms and areas in which to enjoy the delicious cuisine and faultless hospitality which has attracted numerous plaudits.

Both our small restaurant and our spacious lounges have loyal local followings – always a good sign - and is a showcase for our locally-sourced ingredients from the best of Scotland’s natural larder. Service here is professional, very informal, and friendly - . no stiff, stuffy or formal atmosphere here. Menus change regularly and special dietary needs are catered for. A wine list of over 60 fine wines from top producers around the world provides plenty of choice, and mark-ups are VERY reasonable.
Our suppers and dinners are served daily, 365 days a year, from around 5 p.m. Coffees and teas – and light snacks - are served here all day and there is always a terrific value lunch or bar lunch offer. Sunday lunches and roasts are extremely popular and very busy so advance booking is strongly advisable. A shorter wine list of 6 red and white wines is offered by the bottle or the glass.
